Art Director / Art Outsourcing Manager
Project Highlights
As a working partner and Art Director for Seven, a planned AAA game for PS3, I was responsible for shaping the entire visual direction of the game. I handpicked a team of concept and 3D artists, both internal and freelance, to bring the vision to life. The original game story was written by me and later refined by professional writers to align with the game's narrative. I directed the creation of numerous concept artworks and a storyboard animation to present the game's world, characters, and environments. These materials were used to approach Sony for potential publishing and funding, and initial talks were promising. Unfortunately, due to health issues faced by the company’s owner, the project was shelved despite the significant progress made.

Art Director / Game Producer
Project Highlights
For Dreams from the Past, I oversaw the art production, managing both internal and external teams of artists to bring the game’s vision to life. I also handled the entire budgeting process and selected the outsourcing company that collaborated on the project. While I developed the core story, the game’s scene-to-scene flow was crafted by the outsourcing team. Beyond the creative aspects, I coordinated with publishers for localization, conducted QA checks, and established contracts with major players like Big Fish and Alawar to ensure the game met industry standards.

Stop Plastic Bag Usage
Client: Dubai Government

I served as the Art Director for a project commissioned by the Dubai Government, aimed at raising public awareness about the harmful effects of plastic bags on the environment. This animated cartoon was designed to educate both children and adults about the dangers plastic bags posed, particularly to wildlife such as camels, which were ingesting the plastic and dying—a major concern in the region. I was responsible for developing the entire story, working closely with concept artists to create the storyboards, and overseeing the project from concept to final 3D rendering.
Despite the constraints of a low budget and tight deadlines, my team and I successfully completed the project within two weeks. We delivered a high-quality final product that included rendering, editing, sound design, and animation. The timeline was incredibly tight, but we ensured that the project met the client's expectations and fulfilled the brief in terms of both creative vision and public impact.
Given the challenging timeline, the final video was the best possible outcome, considering the resources available. This project demonstrated not only my ability to manage creative teams under pressure but also my commitment to delivering impactful visual content that meets the objectives of the client, regardless of constraints.
Kids Road Safety
Client: Abu-Dhabi Government (U.A.E)
I served as the Art Director for a project commissioned by the Abu Dhabi Government, aimed at raising awareness about road safety for school children. The focus of the project was to educate kids about the dangers of playing near roads while waiting for their parents or school buses, addressing a critical issue to prevent accidents.
In this role, I was responsible for developing the entire concept, collaborating with concept artists to create the storyboards, and overseeing the project through to its completion. Working within tight deadlines, we ensured the final animation was delivered on time, including all aspects of 3D rendering, editing, and sound. Despite the time constraints, the project was a success, delivering an impactful message that resonated with the intended audience, and the client was highly satisfied with the results.
